The Elder Council of Skyport Eos - The Council in Session
Overview
The Council governs Skyport Eos from Elder’s Hall. When the Sky-Guild’s presence splits it — Elder Joram Steele’s faction for partnership, Elder Lysara Kind’s for expulsion — the vote can turn on the Strider’s testimony. It sits again after the Border Incident to decide how Eos answers Ironhold.
The portrait shows the presiding elder in the chain of office, with two councillors behind.
Appearance
Council robes in burgundy, the presiding elder’s gold chain of office, candlelit wooden hall.
